well kept pool area very nice view buffet restaurant early morning noise

the staff was attentive. the pool area was maintained well. the view of the ocean and garden was very nice. the breakfast included a huge variety and quality.

they were not particularly cute. i requested a quiet room but i got put next to the main buffet restaurant.

fresh fruit excellent coffee dinner buffet connecting door maintenance issue dirty skirting

breakfast offered fresh fruit and excellent coffee it also had fresh orange juice. dinner buffets had nice themes and live background music played. all premium rooms have a connecting door this could be noisy.

maintenance issues existed in the first room i was in. i noticed a broken window handle and a dirty skirting board.

friendly staff heated pool

I loved the friendly staff. They were always helpful. The hotel also offered a heated pool which was SO divine!

The hotel is showing its age. A LITTLE update would enhance the experience.
